Sometimes people and organisations don´t need coaching, but advice. This can be also dependent on the maturity of the person, team or organisation.

There are multiple subjects on which you could get advice. These can vary depending on the size of the request from defining a strategy to implement a way or working, advise on how to best align people across teams, but also manifest a growth culture.

I have tools in my toolbox, a network of very smart people and you probably have the same in your organisation. I don´t believe in reinventing the wheel and will be quick to organise knowledge sharing sessions across or in the company to establish change.
